Since 1959, The Famous Powmill Milk Bar has been a much-loved countryside stop — from its early days in the 50s serving fresh milk and cold drinks, to today in 2025 where it’s known for hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, and homemade bakes.
Now, under new ownership, we’re proud to give this Scottish landmark a fresh new look and a modern brand identity, while staying true to the traditions and memories that generations of visitors hold dear.
Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing more about our exciting plans for the café and the site. There’s lots to come, and we can’t wait to show you how we’re investing in the future while keeping the spirit of Powmill Milk Bar very much alive.
